Grant Schultz is founder of VersaLand, and an accomplished figure in the field of real estate brokerage. A graduate of Iowa State University, Mr. Schultz has an extensive background in farmland, commercial, recreational, and residential real estate.

Alexander Keppler

Alexander Keppler is a Marketing Specialist for VersaLand.  Alex grew up on a dairy farm in Northeast Iowa, and is still involved in operation of the family farm.  Holding a degree in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa, Alex uses his excellent attention to detail to produce outstanding results from start to successful completion.

Mike Langreck

Andrew Rowland

Andrew specializes in marketing unique real estate throughout the Midwest with his innovative aerial photography. As a licensed pilot, Andrew also flies the VersaLand team wherever they need to be. VersaLand’s awesome ability to highlight real estate of all types really shines with the results Andrew produces every day.  When Andrew is not working, he is an accomplished ice climber and mountaineer, traveling as far as Nepal.
